He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas and a masters GCERT from Penn State University in Enterprise Information and Security Technology Architecture.

Robert Novak is a big data storyteller and solution builder at Cisco. He retired from 20 years as a sysadmin, 10 years of that as a BI and big data admin, to work with Cisco’s technology partners and sales force.
